CSA uses articles of confederation??

i don't know very much about that part of US history, but could the CSA have adopted the articles of confederation instead of their own constitution?
and yes i did only ask this because they both have confederation.

Not even the CSA is that destructive, there's a good set of reasons they were thrown away and men like Lee will not let a new Shays rebellion happen.

Ja. The AoC didnt work for the 13 colonies, and everyone knew that. They wouldnt work for the CSA, either. The only conceivable way theyd do that is if they just wanted a constitution for show, and planned to ignore it a yway.
