Incredibly unlikely. Only the UK and France had anywhere NEAR enough interest to consider involvement in the ACW and the incident in question was primarily UK-oriented. If it spun completely out of control, it could potentially have led to some level of war between the US and UK, probably confined to the CSA coast, Canadian border, and maybe some high-seas merchant raiding. However, that's as far as it could potentially have gotten.

France could potentially have decided to jump into the war to protect access to CSA materials and possibly get some other considerations, but that's far less likely than the UK. Instead, they might have become more involved in Mexico, elsewhere in Central America, and in the Caribbean.

I can't see any real viability of the others getting involved.

I put maybe, but I think it would be very difficult for it to be a world war, especially with the sides drawn up like this. I think most of the European powers didn't really care who won, if they noticed the war at all. Britain only took notice due to the Trent Affair and because they needed to get cotton from new sources while France really only paid attention because of their involvement in Mexico.
